Happy New Year.
I am truly grateful for your continuous support last year. I sincerely hope that this new year will be a year full of hope for all of you. As we begin a new year, I would like to share our determination.
Under the medium-term management plan “COPRO Group Build the Future 2027” announced in May 2022, we have been working on strengthening our competitiveness in the core business of construction engineer dispatching through sales and recruiting system reforms while preparing to build a “Technician Support Platform” to assist them forming their successful career path. In addition, we have been working to build a sustainable growth foundation by investing management resources in the mechanical design engineer dispatching business and the SES business with the aim of cultivating new growth fields.
Last year, the measures we have taken to date bore fruit, and we are steadily achieving positive results with the construction engineer dispatching business showing a significant increase in the number of hires and an improvement in the retention rate of technical employees. With only three months remaining in the current fiscal year, we will continue to face each challenge one by one to build a foundation for earnings growth as we head into the new fiscal year that begins in April.
Last but not least, the Chinese zodiac sign for the year 2023 is “癸卯, Mizunoto”. It is said to signify the end and beginning of things, indicating that spring is just around the corner and buds are about to blossom. All members of the board of directors are determined to make this year blossoming and a year of vigorous growth with the base we have developed through internal management reforms past years.
