In addition to watching the game, we will hold an SDGs seminar with a quiz to promote understanding of the SDGs among the younger generation and to revitalize the local community.
Design Competition: Industry-Academia Collaboration
Involved local students to design competition for our year-end greeting card.
The image is a design by Ms. Momone Kiso, a student at Nagoya Mode Gakuen. By providing local students with work experience through practical design opportunities, we encourage human resources development. We also aim to expand awareness of our brand, especially among young people.
Donations to Children's Cafeterias Project
Funds raised through the Copro 3H project were donated to "Aichi Children Dining Network" to support children's cafeterias project.
On the day of the in-house online event, the donation was presented by President Kiyokawa to the head of the executive office at Aichi Children Dining Project. We will continue to make donations to support the operation of the cafeterias to improve nutrition balance of local children and help them grow up healthy.
●What is the Copro 3H project?
The 3H project is an initiative of the COPRO Group aimed at realizing the 3Hs; Happy, Healthy, Heartfu. To support underprivileged children, we donate the sales of smoothies sold in the company which is promoted as a part of employee health care.
Dream Construction Project
For the children who will creat the future, we offer educational activities to foster imagination and creativity, by teaching them about Japan’s technological capabilities and showing them the fun of construction.
The image shows our original program of extracurricular classes aimed at elementary school students. With a focus on group work, the classes feature content that allows children to enjoy learning about the construction industry. When this project was launched in 2015, we adopted virtual reality techniques for the classes, which included viewing videos of buildings getting constructed, mini quizzes on the construction industry, and group work with Lego bricks. Copro group employees are involved in all aspects of the classes, from planning to conducting them. Every year, we show more than 1,000 children just how interesting and appealing the construction industry can be.
In light of the growing spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to postpone 2022’s “Dream Construction Project”.
