COPRO pursues ESG initiatives, acquires external evaluations, and declares support for related initiatives.

SDGs

In September 2015, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was adopted at the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit. The Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) are the goals established in this agenda. The SDGs consist of 17 goals and 169 targets aimed at solving global social challenges such as poverty and inequality, and climate change.

Our Group contributes to achievement of SDGs through our engineer dispatch services, based on the theme of human resource development.

Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization

Investing in the health of employees and others, and improving their vitality and productivity can be expected to invigorate the organization and improve business performance and corporate value as a result. There are various award systems relating to health and productivity management. The Health & Productivity Stock selection was established in 2014, and the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program was established in 2018.

The COPRO Group works to create an environment where each and every employee can maintain mental and physical health and continue to work with energy and enthusiasm. We have been selected as an Excellent Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization for the third consecutive year since 2021.

Josei Kagayaki (Women Shining) Company

This certification system is certified by Aichi Prefecture, and is applicable to companies that have made efforts to promote the advancement of women, such as by expressing the will of management, increasing recruitment, expanding job opportunities, training, and promoting women to management positions, as well as promoting work-life balance and creating an environment that allows employees to raise children and care for family members while they work.
Under its "Declaration for Promotion of Women's Activities," the Company is working to establish and operate a system to foster female managers and to facilitate the return of employees, both male and female, to work after childcare leave.

Positive Action Mark

The mindset of dividing roles by gender and past actions have resulted in effective gaps between male and female workers. The Positive Action program was established to recognize independent and proactive initiatives by companies to promote the elimination of these gaps.

At COPRO CONSTRUCTION. Co., Ltd., we launched an initiative on September 1, 2019 to promote the advancement of women aimed at raising the percentage of female employees and the percentage of women in management to 35% or higher by August 31, 2022.

Daiwa Investor Relations Internet IR Awards

The Internet IR Award, based on the concept of "5T&C"*, in which companies' investor relations activities on the internet, is the award following an examination and evaluation by Daiwa Investor Relations Co. Ltd. of all listed companies’ IR websites. In 2022, we received the "Excellence Award", and in 2023, 168 of the 4,048 listed companies were selected, and we received the "Commendation Award".

Nikko IR All Listed Company Home Page Enhancement Ranking

Our site was selected as GRADE AAA Corporate Websites in "2023 Nikko Investor Relations Co.,Ltd. Ranking in all listed companies in Japan". The ranking is based on objective evaluation items set by the company from the three perspectives of "easy to understand," "ease of use," and "a lot of information." In 2023, 203 of the 3,970 listed companies, including our company, were announced as GRADE AAA websites.
