When was the Company established?: The Company was established in October 2006.
When was the Company listed?: The Company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers and Nagoya Stock Exchange Centrex on March 19, 2019, and the market was changed to the First Section of TSE and NSE on September 11, 2020. Due to the market reorganization on April 4, 2022, the Company changed its listing market to Prime Market of TSE and Premier Market of NSE.
