Initiatives to Achieve SDGs
Contributing to achieving SDGs through the COPRO group's growth strategy and "human resource development"
The COPRO group's principal business is temporary staffing and paid job placement targeted mainly to the construction industry and production plant businesses. Along with generating employment, an important theme for us is "human resource development" through various types of education and training. We pursue a variety of business activities under this theme.
We recognize that all of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as defined below, relate closely to our business processes and that achieving all the goals is essential for realizing our growth strategy. Recognizing that these SDGs contribute to the sustainable growth of the company, we wish to help in fulfilling the SDGs by steadily implementing the following initiatives.

Defining the action priorities (goals) of the COPRO group
To achieve the SDGs, the COPRO group has assessed and analyzed the goals in accordance with two axes—the concerns of our stakeholders and business relevance—to determine the priority of the issues we need to address.
