To Our Shareholders and Investors

To all the investors and shareholders of COPRO-HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., please accept my gratitude for your continued support.

First, in March 2019, we listed our shares on Mothers section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Centrex section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange, and in September 2020, we changed our listing to First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders for their support.

Our major customer, the construction industry, is aging significantly compared to other industries, and they are faced with structural issues with fewer young human resources who will lead the future. It is predicted that the labor shortage will accelerate. In the meantime, COVID-19 is currently raging, threatening employment, and casting a pall over our lives.

With the desire to be a professional that responds to the expectations of society, including dispatched engineers, I started my own business and named our company name to express my founding wishes in Japanese. In our management philosophy, we aim to become a “human resource development” company that ignites people’s hearts. To develop outstanding human resources to support social infrastructure in the construction industry. To connect job seekers who desire diverse ways of working with companies that seek talented human resources as a force rather than as a fill-in workforce, and create jobs. We have a great social role to play, and I feel strongly that we are now being asked to “innovate and take on challenges” to evolve into a platform company that creates human assets.

Today, in anticipation of explosive growth, we are rapidly building a foundation through sales innovation, business operation innovation by the renewal of core system, and the establishment of a local subsidiary in Vietnam. We will push ahead with reforms in existing businesses that support current earnings and challenges to new businesses, and will work toward enhancing corporate value over the long term. Please be sure to expect from copro group in the future.
